Shipment orders

Returns applicable only if the end user receives incorrect product/damaged product during transit or if there is any manufacturing defect.The same should be brought to our notice within 24 hours of the delivery through whatsapp/email with pictures at +647-741-3379 or manieslounge@gmail.com for full credit.

If within week, upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit with minimum price deduction of the original price.

We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit.

Please note return products need to be received by Manieslounge.com within 7 days upon the dispute. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for return / replacement

In store purchase

Pick up customers are requested to check jewelry while buying, unfortunately change of mind or design dissatisfaction after buying will not be replaced. We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it's too long or too heavy or not looking good on me.

All returns/replacements are subject to the discretion of Manieslounge.com - We will always hear you out and will definitely lend any help needed.
